Terms of Service and End User License Agreement

Effective Date: July 16, 2026

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Terms” or “EULA”) explain the rules and conditions that apply when you access or use Soren, including its mobile application, products, community features, user-generated content features, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service”.

By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, any community rules, content policies, in-app rules, payment terms, and any other policies or notices that may be made available within the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. EULA Agreement Before Accessing User-Generated Content

The Service may include user-generated content features, including community feeds, posts, comments, profiles, images, messages, reactions, or other content shared by users.

Before accessing user-generated content or community features, you may be required to review and agree to these Terms and this EULA.

If you do not agree to these Terms and this EULA, you may not access, view, post, upload, share, comment on, interact with, or otherwise use user-generated content features within the Service.

Your continued access to or use of user-generated content features means that you agree to comply with these Terms, this EULA, our community rules, and all applicable laws.

3. Eligibility

The Service is recommended for users aged 18 and above.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• Your use of the Service is not prohibited by applicable laws;
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If we believe that you do not meet the eligibility requirements, we may suspend or terminate your account or restrict your access to the Service.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account.

You agree that:

• The information you provide during registration and use of the Service will be accurate and up to date;
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account;
• You will notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• You will not sell, transfer, share, or assign your account to another person without permission.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that your account has been compromised, misused, or used in violation of these Terms.

5. End User License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, access, and use the Service on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable app marketplace terms.

The Service is licensed to you, not sold. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in the Service to you.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service;
• Use the Service to develop a competing product or service;
• Use the Service in any manner not permitted by these Terms.

If you downloaded the Service from Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable marketplace terms and usage rules.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

6. Ownership of the Service

The Service, including software, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, features, interfaces, databases, algorithms, and all related intellectual property rights, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You are only granted a limited right to use the Service as described in these Terms.

You may not use the Service’s trademarks, logos, brand names, or other proprietary materials without prior written permission.

7. User Content

The Service may allow you to create, upload, post, publish, display, send, share, or otherwise provide content, including text, photos, images, videos, audio, comments, replies, messages, profile information, reactions, reviews, and other materials (“User Content”).

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting, sharing, or transmitting it through the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use and share your User Content;
• Your User Content does not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or contractual rights;
• Your User Content does not violate these Terms, our community rules, or applicable laws;
• Your User Content is not false, misleading, defamatory, harmful, abusive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate.

We do not endorse User Content and are not responsible for User Content posted by users. However, we may review, remove, restrict, or take action against User Content as described in these Terms.

8. License You Grant to the Service

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By creating, posting, uploading, submitting, or sharing User Content through the Service, you grant the Service a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, and otherwise use your User Content only as necessary to:

• Operate, provide, and maintain the Service;
• Display your User Content to other users according to your settings and use of the Service;
• Promote, improve, and develop the Service;
• Enforce these Terms and community rules;
• Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.

This license continues for as long as your User Content is available through the Service. If you delete your User Content or account, reasonable efforts will be made to remove it from active display, but copies may remain in backups, caches, moderation records, legal records, or where other users have saved, shared, copied, or otherwise retained it.

9. Public Content and Community Visibility

The Service may include community features that allow users to post, comment, follow, like, share, message, or otherwise interact with other users and content.

Depending on the feature and your settings, the following may be visible to other users or the public:

• Your profile information;
• Your username, display name, avatar, and bio;
• Your posts, comments, replies, reactions, and other public activity;
• Your followers, following, likes, favorites, or other interactions;
• Content you upload, publish, or share.

Please carefully consider what you choose to make public. Public content may be viewed, saved, copied, downloaded, screenshotted, shared, or re-shared by other users or third parties.

You should not post personal, confidential, sensitive, or private information unless you understand and accept the risks of making it visible to others.

10. Community Rules

You agree to use the Service in a respectful, lawful, and safe manner.

You may not post, share, promote, encourage, facilitate, or engage in content or conduct that includes:

• Illegal activities or content;
• Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, intimidation, or abuse;
• Hate speech, discrimination, or attacks based on protected characteristics;
• Sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate content;
• Child sexual abuse material or any sexual exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of minors;
• Violence, graphic harm, or credible threats of physical injury;
• Self-harm encouragement, suicide encouragement, or dangerous challenges;
• Spam, scams, phishing, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive behavior;
• Malware, hacking, unauthorized access, or disruption of the Service;
• Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights;
• Doxxing, sharing private information, or violating another person’s privacy;
• False, misleading, or harmful information where it may cause real-world harm;
• Content or conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Any other content or behavior that may harm users, the Service, or the public.

Additional community guidelines, safety rules, or content policies may be provided within the Service. You agree to follow those rules as part of these Terms.

11. User-Generated Content Safety

The Service may include user-generated content features, including posts, comments, profiles, images, messages, reactions, or other content shared by users.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

Users must not post, upload, share, transmit, promote, or engage in content or conduct that is illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, fraudulent, infringing, harmful to minors, or otherwise objectionable.

The Service provides mechanisms for users to report objectionable content and abusive users. Reported content and accounts may be reviewed, and appropriate action may be taken, including removing content, restricting visibility, suspending accounts, or terminating accounts.

The Service also provides a mechanism for users to block abusive users. When a user blocks another user, content from the blocked user will be removed from the blocking user’s feed or view immediately. The block action may also notify the moderation system so that the related content or account can be reviewed.

Automated tools, manual review, user reports, and blocking signals may be used to detect, review, restrict, or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms, community rules, or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove objectionable content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the safety of users or the Service.

12. Children and Youth Safety

We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for young people.

We do not allow content or conduct involving the sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, solicitation, trafficking, or physical abuse of minors. This includes child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, attempts to obtain sexual content from minors, or any behavior that may endanger minors.

If we become aware of content or conduct involving the exploitation or abuse of minors, we may remove the content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, and report the matter to appropriate authorities or organizations where required or permitted by law.

If you believe a minor is in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services.

13. Reporting, Blocking, and Safety Tools

The Service provides features that allow users to report content, report accounts, block users, mute users, restrict interactions, or adjust privacy and safety settings.

You agree not to misuse reporting, blocking, or safety tools. False, abusive, or malicious reports may result in account restrictions or other enforcement actions.

When you report objectionable content or an abusive user, the report may be submitted to the moderation system for review and appropriate action.

When you block a user, content from that blocked user will be removed from your feed or view immediately, and the block action may notify the moderation system so that the related account or content can be reviewed.

We may review reports and take action at our discretion, including removing content, restricting visibility, warning users, suspending accounts, terminating accounts, or taking other appropriate measures.

14. Content Moderation and Enforcement

Automated systems, manual review, user reports, trusted reviewer feedback, blocking signals, or other tools may be used to identify, review, moderate, restrict, or remove content or accounts that may violate these Terms, community rules, or applicable laws.

Enforcement actions may include:

• Removing or limiting visibility of content;
• Adding warnings or labels;
• Restricting certain features;
• Temporarily suspending accounts;
• Permanently terminating accounts;
• Blocking access to the Service;
• Preserving information for legal, safety, or dispute resolution purposes;
• Reporting matters to relevant authorities where required or permitted by law.

We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we reserve the right to take appropriate action when necessary to protect users, the Service, or the public.

15. Appeals

If your content is removed or your account is restricted, suspended, or terminated, you may contact us to request a review where applicable.

Please include enough information for us to identify your account, the content or action involved, and the reason you believe the decision should be reviewed.

Certain decisions may not be reversible, especially where the action was required by law, involved serious safety risks, involved illegal content, or related to repeated or severe violations.

16. Prohibited Use of the Service

In addition to the community rules above, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
• Access or use another user’s account without permission;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, networks, or security systems;
• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, automated scripts, or other automated means without permission;
• Collect, harvest, or store personal information of other users without authorization;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• Manipulate rankings, recommendations, views, likes, follows, comments, or engagement metrics;
• Sell, rent, trade, transfer, or monetize accounts, usernames, followers, virtual items, or access to the Service without permission;
• Circumvent bans, suspensions, restrictions, or security measures;
• Encourage or assist others in violating these Terms.

17. Intellectual Property and Infringement Complaints

You must respect the intellectual property rights of others.

• A description or link to the content you believe is infringing;

We may remove or restrict access to content that may infringe third-party rights and may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

18. Feedback

If you provide comments, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback about the Service (“Feedback”), you agree that the Feedback may be used, reproduced, modified, distributed, and otherwise exploited for any purpose without compensation to you.

You represent that your Feedback does not contain confidential information and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

19. Paid Services, Subscriptions, and Virtual Items

The Service may offer paid features, subscriptions, memberships, virtual items, digital content, or other paid services.

Paid services may be offered through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider. Your purchase may be subject to the terms, conditions, billing rules, refund rules, and policies of the applicable payment provider.

If subscriptions are offered, they may automatically renew unless canceled according to the rules of the applicable app store or payment provider. You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through the platform where you purchased it.

Virtual items, credits, coins, points, or similar digital items, if offered, are licensed to you for use within the Service. They do not represent money, stored value, property, or a right to receive cash. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated, virtual items are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be sold, traded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

Paid features, virtual items, or digital content may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable laws and platform rules.

20. Cancellations and Refunds

Payments, cancellations, and refunds may be processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another applicable payment provider.

If you purchased a paid service through an app store or third-party payment provider, refund requests and payment disputes should generally be submitted to that provider and will be handled according to its rules and policies.

Where permitted, refunds may be refused or access to paid services may be revoked in cases involving fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, violation of these Terms, or other misconduct.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

21. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, products, services, advertisements, SDKs, tools, or content.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

The inclusion of a third-party link or service does not mean that it is endorsed or controlled by the Service.

22. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected. Please review it carefully.

If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

23. Service Changes, Availability, and Updates

The Service may be modified, updated, suspended, discontinued, or restricted in whole or in part at any time.

Features, functions, content, rules, or availability of the Service may be added, removed, or changed. Updates, patches, or new versions of the Service may also be released.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

24. Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time.

You may uninstall the application from your device. If you have an active subscription or paid service, uninstalling the application may not automatically cancel your subscription or payment obligations. You are responsible for canceling subscriptions through the applicable app store or payment provider.

25. Termination or Restriction by Us

Your access to all or part of the Service may be suspended, restricted, or terminated if we reasonably believe that:

• You violated these Terms or community rules;
• You created risk or possible legal exposure for the Service, users, or others;
• Your account was used for fraud, spam, abuse, harassment, illegal activity, or security threats;
• You infringed third-party rights;
• You attempted to circumvent restrictions, bans, or security measures;
• Such action is required or permitted by law, regulation, court order, or governmental request;
• Continued access may harm the Service, users, or the public.

Where appropriate, notice or an opportunity to appeal may be provided. However, action may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect safety, prevent harm, comply with law, or address serious violations.

26. Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account or access to the Service:

• Your right to use the Service will end;
• Access to your account and content may be removed or restricted;
• Some content may remain visible where it has been shared, copied, saved, or retained by other users;
• Certain information may be retained as required or permitted by law, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, or enforcement purposes;
• Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, user content licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related provisions.

27. No Emergency Services

The Service is not intended to provide emergency services or to replace emergency communication systems.

If you are in danger or need emergency assistance, contact your local emergency services immediately.

28. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all warranties are disclaimed, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and security.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times;
• Content on the Service will be accurate, complete, reliable, or appropriate;
• User Content will be safe, lawful, or suitable for you;
• Defects or errors will be corrected;
• The Service will meet your expectations or requirements.

You use the Service at your own risk.

29. User Content Disclaimer

The Service may include content created, posted, or shared by users.

User Content is not endorsed, verified, or guaranteed by the Service. User Content is the sole responsibility of the person who provides it.

You may be exposed to content that you find offensive, inaccurate, harmful, inappropriate, or objectionable. You agree that we are not responsible for User Content, except as required by applicable law.

30. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service, its representatives, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be limited to the greater of:

• The amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose; or
• One hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

31. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service, its representatives, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Service;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• Your User Content;
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity;
• Your fraud, misconduct, or unauthorized activity.

We reserve the right to control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with such defense.

32. App Marketplace Terms

If you download the Service from Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, you agree to comply with the applicable marketplace terms and policies.

The app marketplace is not responsible for the Service, its content, maintenance, support, claims, or disputes, except as required by applicable marketplace terms or law.

If required by the applicable app marketplace, the marketplace and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

33. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

If material changes are made, notice may be provided by in-app notice, pop-up notice, email, posting an updated version, or other appropriate means.

The updated Terms will become effective when posted or when otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

34. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by applicable laws, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be handled according to applicable laws and by the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies with jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that you may have under applicable law.

35. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service regarding your use of the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent. Rights and obligations under these Terms may be assigned or transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or other business transaction.

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
